If I could give them a 0 I would. At 7 am the girl had to 'check' to see if they had enough eggs for 3 sandwiches... Sandwiches were cold, cheese slices were cold and English muffin was hard. No apogy was given, girl behind the counter was making faces and snarky comments when we asked for a refund. Whoever owns this store needs to reevaluate or retrain these opening employees.

Typically always have a good selection of doughnuts. 🍩 Their Iced Capp is the best. And for some reason this location is the absolute BEST!!!! Staff is always kind, whether at the counter or in the drive-thru. Their breakfast sandwiches are sooo good. A little pricey but worth it. I do miss the sesame seed beagles though. Cafe Mocha coffee seems to have changes how they make it so I no longer order that. It was my favorite for years. But they have a lot of other things that are great and tasty. 😁

Honestly the customer service here is absolutely terrible I’ve asked the people I work with just to make sure I’m not being harsh and all not just one or two but 90percent of my coworkers agree. They mess up orders often don’t say they are out of stuff till you get to the window and honestly are not friendly if I could give 0 stars I would. Also if y’all read if some say extra shots of expresso then it means whatever express o that’s in there plus the extra I asked for.

I love Tim Hortons, but I am so glad I do not live in this area. The whole service was sad and upsetting. I ordered three different coffees and when asking what it was I got no response. One was iced milk and another look and tasted like the employer was putting her cigarette ashes in. If you do not like your job please leave and do not take it out on other people.

I do NOT know what just happened. Ordered a peppermint mocha ice capp and a 10 piece better bits. Pull up pay with a card and sit there watching 6 employees standing there doing nothing. The very same girl who took my card 5 mins ago then reaches out and says 2.99. I said for??? Snotty she says your order. I said I paid you 5 mins ago and still don't have my order she looks over hands me bribery bites and an ice capp I'm like ummm peppermint and whip cream? Snotty she say we out of whip ream. Wth!!! And I paid for the supreme!!! You all need serious training here! Smh
