Waited forever for food,When it turned up the Belgian waffles were cold (heated up packet ones from Coles ) and frozen berry coulis. The berry's were Rock hard. My partners brunch brushcetta didn't have tomatoes lol , 3 staffs members extremely hostile and rude and we're often slamming food and drinks on all tables including ours . One man asked for some food to be wrapped up for take away and the man serving him made it seem like he asked for a limb. Ice coffee, didn't have ice?? pretty basic thing to get right if you ask me. We honestly wanted a refund. The best thing about this place was the cold tap water otherwise Save your money when it comes to eating here.

Customer service First, we were ignored when we arrived. I was carrying my baby and waited at a table for them to bring a high chair but I saw a young man walking around clearing tables that customer just left without attending to us, not even an acknowledgement that he will get to us once he is done. My husband ended up took our own menus and high chair. Adding more comments to the service, it was 3 adults and 1 child, we went for a square table with 4 chairs. Table was small, we weren't thinking too much when we picked the table. When the food arrives, it was so full, baby's front of course we need to keep clear. The person who served us obviously saw our struggle and he just laughed and said "why have you chosen a 3 person's table". We were considering to move but he didn't seem to care or even offer if there is anything he could help. The ordering process was good, they were friendly. That's just about the 2 stars I provided. Food The food... I was quite surprise on the portion. For that price, I think they can do better. At least give some toast or something to make the plate looks full. Anyway, the main dissatisfaction was the waffle. It came with maple syrup and ice cream as described and I have asked them to put them separately (thank god i did that) but the waffle was extremely sweet. It feels like they have put in a lot of sugar into the batter. Maybe this is part of the recipe but it feels like they have put in 50/50 in the ratio of flour and sugar. I ordered it for my 1 and 1/2 year old and thought I would just give him without the maple syrup and ice cream but this is a bit too much. Coffee Last but not least, the coffee is not that great either. Environment The view is nice no doubt.

We had the big Aussie breakfast. Was fine, except the bread they used was some sort of Budget Coles Smart Buy Brand White bread at 99 cents a loaf. Is sour dough or Vienna bread not an option or is your clientele a bit basic? The plates they used were from the 90's and a bit small for the decent size meal. Also the decor inside was very lacklustre. They really need to spruce the place up a bit. Lovely views outside but we couldn't get a seat.

Great service, nice foods, fantastic view! Everything was perfect. The first impression of the cafe seemed cozy (in nice way talking) To be honest, I didn't have much of expectation from this place. Turns out, it was amazing. We ordered 2 potato waffles and vegetables platter to share, and everything was very good. The elderly gentleman appears to be the owner approached us and offered us his home made chilli sauce in which we gladly accepted. It was delicious! You can feel the freshness and authenticity. The chili sauce was just perfect for bacon. Thank you for your kind service! We'll definitely come back!
