Friendly's

Great food and tasty ice creams!!! I understand that the current situation isn’t the one to talk about wait times but we had an insane wait to simply get our ice creams served to us. We ordered our ice cream, got served our check, we paid our check and after a whole 20 minutes we got our ice cream. I repeat, I do understand staff shortage and restrictions on business operations but 20 minutes to serve ice cream from the front of the store to a table might be a little bit too much. I’d have walked to the front to go and collect it myself if not for the guidelines in place. Our attendant was super friendly and really nice to talk to. She helped with our orders and was patient enough to answer questions wrt getting a vegetarian meal option. I feel the place has a great value for money and the store decor is quintessential American diner combined with brand colors.

Most enjoyable banana split! The young men, Dan, Dan and the other lad who actually made my dessert were all very pleasant. I typically come to friendlys for dessert, it's what my parents always did, have dinner once place and at another. The service was excellent, the banana split was perfect! Thanks guys

With all the stress going on and being the only waitress on one of the most humid days of the year. Our service was phenomenal considering everything. Took a while for ice cream and they were short staffed and understandably so. But the waitress just kept the most upbeat and positive attitude and remembered everything for everyone. It was wonderful to see.

Best Chocolate Fribble shakes. I've been getting chocolate Fribbles since 1968 and love them. They used to use vanilla ice milk in them and they were awesome. But they are still the best chocolate shake around. Breakfast was good but smelled in my booth area. Maybe the carpet needs to be shampooed. Maybe management should look at revamping and stay open 24/7. 7 AM is too late to open for breakfast. 6 AM at the latest before people have to be at work.

I understand because of the covid 19 they are closed for inside eating. But when order a Hamburger and strawberry shake at $ 18.34 .then asked to use the bathroom after a 4 hrs ride and to sorry closed. If I known that I would never stop there or ordered my food. My money was good enough!!! Then when I good my food, I had to jump in the car and find some bushes on the side of the road. So wrong. I will never,repeat never go to another friendly restaurant. I will make sure I tell all my fellow road mates

I went to this Friendly’s a couple weeks ago and was not satisfied much. We walked in and stood for 10 minutes at the waiting area. No one else was waiting and there were clearly around three to four tables open. We finally got seated and right away the waitress came to ask for our drinks. We didn’t even get to look at the menu. After ordering drinks I selected my food, two mini cheese burgers (two sliders) with a side of fries. We ordered. Then I got my burgers. B U R G E R S . We asked for cheese and then received my correct order. But I have to admit dessert was awesome. I ordered the Oreo sundae!
