El Patio is the BEST Mexican Restaurant in Fremont. I have been eating there for over 40plus Years. Since they have been in the Glenmoor Shopping Center. (Which isn't even there anymore) El Patio THEE BEST ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐10+ !

Ok, when we first drove up, I thought it was a wrong choice. Then we were really surprised at the awesome customer service. There were six customer service representatives who were armed with iPads. They took our order correctly, and moments later, we were pleasantly served and driving away.

The drive thru was very fast since the workers were outside! From ordering to the window, it took a short time to get my food. I Love the place

Food is great, and the lines always move pretty quickly, but I feel really bad for the people taking the orders. It's either scalding hot sun to where they're going to faint or freezing cold in the rain. They need to do something about that.

The food was great. Everything was chikinlicious 😋 I got #1 deluxe.

The Menu is limited and not designed for a real meal. Most of the items you have to add on which is almost like a restaurant Price.
For example a Vanilla milkshake is above$5 where as at other Fast food restaurants it's half the price. Especially as it's not a signature dish of Chick-fil-A
Chicken is their specialty but sauces are 3rd grade nothing so special about the taste. The tomato catch-up even for dine in is in the packets. All sauces contain preservatives so I am pretty sure not a good place for health conscious dining.
Employees are good and good service and clean tables.
Majority of the business is drive thru so anytime if you walk in getting a seat is not an issue.
I think they need to spend some money on doing more research on customer needs instead of simply relying on a good taste chicken fry patty on a bun.
The Potato fries were soggy and I won't recommend (my personal taste perhaps).
It's not a family enjoy go to place. The kids play area is poorly designed. The Menu selection is limited. Even if you order the meal with Vegetables, it lacks the volume and taste.
Hope they will make improvements....

They are always friendly and prompt. The parking lot is often a mess but you can tell they are trying. Staff is nice and no issues with them. But often time I wonder if they need that many people working all at once.

I tried the new spicy pimento chicken sandwich. It was pretty good but prefer just the spicy chicken. The new cramel crunch milkshake was also pretty good. Got a side salad and cup of soup. Reliable staples.

I'm on keto so my choice was Egg White Grill but without the muffin. the cashier suggested to have it in a lettuce wrap and it was perfect!
