Dunkin'

As a regular customer of this location I have witnessed the drive thru window falling to the floor and almost injuring the workers. That's been over a month now. I came in today for a coffee and once again the window was broken with what looks like some clear tape holding it together. This is very sad! I sincerely hope that the owner sees this review. You should be ashamed! Your employees could seriously get injured obviously you're not thinking of that. You're lucky they don't sue you. I have seen with my own eyes the window falling to the ground with your employee trying to catch it. Please do better or I will not personally ever come back to this location. On a positive note, the ladies are always very kind with bright beautiful smiles.

I went to the one at 7125 w.oakland Park Blvd there was only one guy working.after he helped the person at the window he completely ignored me and went on his cell phone so I left. I went this one at 7823 w.sunrise Blvd all the girls were Very nice and couteus I will definitely go to this one from now on 👍😊 Even though it a further drive it's so worth it

Updated 7/29/2021 I had left a less than flattering review for this location a couple months ago. Since that review I have decided to give this location a try again as my coffee schedule changed from daytime to early mornings (4AM to 5AM). I want to give a great review now as the early morning Shift Supervisor and the Manager of this location alternate days at this location. They both are major assets to this location because of their happy attitudes and genuine desire to make this place the best it can be. Coffee is consistently delicious and food alwasy served with a "good morning" and a smile. I am happy to say that I am glad I decided to give this location another try. They now are my favorite and only DD I visit. ========================================================= I frequent this place (up till today) as it is very close to my house. Over the course of the past month they have been out of all dairy (cream, cream cheese, etc) twice. They have had long lines of cars and are very slow to service customers even when they have about 5 people working. Their employees that service the drive up window are rude and nasty. Today was my final visit to this store (since there is another DD just about 1000 yards away on University) because they were out of large cups for iced coffee. I guess they want to charge customers more money for 2 small iced coffees instead of a large? If you are in the area looking for a DD I suggest you skip this one and go directly to the one on University. They are not much better but at least they have cream and cups.
