Starbucks

Arrived to new interior. Brighter and more minimalist. Feels more open. Bench seating not comfortable. Chairs and tables not clean. Floor needs attention. Bathrooms ok. Grab and go is pretty much GONE so no impulse sandwiches or salad or fruit power pack. Was a go to item for me. Product today: meh. Prices are up and taste is down. Not a good as usual. Caramel crunch Frappuccino was a bit off. Lacking flavor. Warm drink was not right but remake was good. One senior manager who is capable but still it appears training with the new equipment may be needed. The baristas seem to be a little challenged by the new stuff. Very sad to see the sitting area is a big step down. Young students may not care but I would not be comfortable meeting a business person here or having a discussion over drinks that lasted more than a few minutes. Seat surfaces were not clean and sticky nasty on several chairs and tables. Disappointed. And sad.

The Barista, (I wasn't able to get her name😟) was phenomenal kind! It was quick, efficient, AND delicious! I rarely go to Starbucks anymore because I kicked coffee however we swung by on a whim for my son and with it being his first frappe ever, they couldn't have done a better job! Way to go Ladies!

Not one to write reviews but this is the second time I've asked for light ice and gotten extra? Like 2/3rds of my drink was ice. First time was at the other starbucks on Custer. It even says light ice on the label. Like, do they do it on purpose for fun? I was done drinking it by the time I got home which is less than 5 min away. Why do I waste my money on 4 oz of product when I could have just gone to the store and bought a whole gallon of milk? Idk, but I'm about done giving Starbucks my business. Y'all are too expensive to begin with to be ripping people off.

SO tired of Starbucks cups…. Whenever I order coffee it leaks all down the seam of the cup. This time it leaked so much it was dripping off the bottom making a huge mess. This doesn’t happen to me when I go to local places. Hopefully Starbucks in all their revenue can figure it out. On top of that I’ve had issues previously with this Starbucks refusing to do a pour over. As someone who used to be an employee at Starbucks they are suppose to do a pour over because they don’t brew all their coffees all day (just the terrible medium roast). That is the reason to have a pour over. They also wouldn’t grind my coffee beans, which we always did for people at the Starbucks I previously worked at. But maybe the starbucks on Bethany is better and have better standards.
