Pho Bay

The broth is so perfect here. The peanut sauce was fantastic, and the gal serving us Saturday 1/22/22 was so sweet and attentive. I will get her name next time because I am definitely coming back! Best vietnamese restaurant I found in the year I lived here, and I tried a lot of spots in search of my favorite food.

As soon as we walked in he said hello with a warm smile. Pho and spring rolls were ready in just a few minutes. Different types of Pho only come in 1 size and the prices were reasonable. Spring rolls were fresh and big. Extra meatballs as I asked for only an extra $1 was added to the bowl. He checked on us so many times and asked how everything was. He recommended we try the fried ice cream and it was delicious! I would definitely drive all the way here again to try other food on their menu.

So I am giving this place 4 stars only if you are getting the pho. I got the P2 PHO BAY SPECIAL which is basically the pho with all the meats. My friend got the KOREAN BBQ SHORT RIBS. The pho was amazing. The soup was flavorful and the meat was all well cooked. The short ribs on the other hand were okay. They didnt taste bad but not worth the same price as the pho. There wasnt that much meat or sauce to go with ribs. Also the meat was a bit tough. So if you come here only get the pho like the name suggests. Lastly, the staff was welcoming, but if you are seated close to the kitchen than the restaurant may be a little smelly because it was for us.
