Slow service for online orders, usually waiting longer than other Dunks, unfortunately this is the most convenient for us. Orders on occasion are incorrect and this can add extra time as you are subjected to waiting for the right online order you have placed. If you have extra time on your hands then take the chance.

It’s 3:20pm my long day just ended but this girls didn’t. There were 3 or 4 boys working the food and drive thru while this chick ran around from counter taking orders to making the drinks herself. Amazing how quick she made 3 drinks in 2 mins and made them CORRECTLY. She was communicating to customers and employees kindly, sternly, and respectively. 10/10 employee for Dunkins. HIRE MORE OF THESE PEOPLE!!

I called to place a large donut order for the students in my class. The manager, Tiffany was very kind and helpful. She had the donuts ready when I got there the next morning and had them individually bagged and labeled for me! She was amazing! Thank you Tiffany!

Current experience not great. Did an On-The-Go order and somehow they didn't know what my order was even though they had the print out on the bagel bag that said on the go. Took 3 tries to get the coffee right, 1st wrong size, second no flavor added and final correct. I had to ask for the donuts I ordered. Told them 1 Boston Cream, 3 chocolate glazed and 2 regular glazed. Got home only to find out that not only was I not give the correct donuts but I want even give the right amount of donuts I paid for. Hopefully I just got a new person but what a poor experience.

Slow. Soooo slow. Don't do order ahead and say he'll pick up to the drive-thru you will be waiting like 15-20 minutes

The girl taking orders was very rude. I ordered a half a dozen donuts. Before I could tell her what donuts to make up the half a dozen she was asking if that was all. I asked if she wanted to know what kind of donuts I wanted. Then I received the wrong kind. It was two strawberry frosted two glazed and two blueberry. I received two strawberry one glazed and three blueberry. It’s a very simple concept. Take the order then put it in the computer and then put the order together by looking at the slip. All restaurants work basically the same way. My advice is always check your order before leaving the drivethru. Something is always wrong with the order.
