Cold, un-melted cheese...cold patty...not happy! Went to kazoo yesterday, hit one on west main and guess what... there was a 45 min. wait for hamburgers !!! They ran out!! Out of hamburgers!! What burger joint does that???

I usually like BK, this time our Whoppers were cold and fries were sauggy and nasty. I should have said something. The next day we ate at Wendy's, this was very good and hot. The frosty's were excellent.
