The line to drive thru was a wait. But employee on speaker was friendly and professional. Food was good. Would of gave 5 stars, however the breast was on the dry side. Won't stop me from going back though.

They were very accommodating in getting our order out on time. We used the app and ordered about 3 hrs early and when we arrive on time they were still waiting on an order of dark meat to get done but they gave us the pcs in white meat which was great for us. Great service.

made sure you have your full order before you leave because it's a habit for them not to complete your order. The KFC employee should be taking their job as one of their key factors of making the costumer Happy of their anticipation of waiting all day for KFC

Took 30 mins to get my food and only cause I had to to go back to the window and ask for my no apology no let me refresh the water down drink called for an hour to speak to the ignorant manager which never answered and on top of all this my meal was missing 3 pieces of chicken

Remodel looks great. Changed the potato wedges to crispy fries yummy 😋. No little apple pies anymore 😭. Don was our cashier. He's super sweet.

Ordered on the app. Went inside the store like the instructions say to do. Was ignored by the staff for 10 minutes so decided to use drive through. Got food quick. Just go to the drive through.

We had an issue with our order. It was givin to another car and we had to wait so long, but the manager was awesome! The way she handled the whole situation 👏 especially with my tough self being hangry and frustrated 😄 the food was great spot on.
