Hello, so me and my friends asked for a 5 dollar foot long, and some bald dude named Antonio got mad at me for asking how big the foot long was! I tried to be patient but I couldn't because I asked him what the price of the five dollar foot long was and he just raged! He is so rude!! Never ask him for mayo in a straight line, worst thing I've ever done

Idk who Antonio is and it doesn't seem legit, but everytime I walk in (and I only do so because I only have 30 mins for lunch and the place is super close) I have the same results -
Everyone is nice and friendly (never seen a male named Antonio), but the tuna always looks super gross, along with everything else. Tomatoes are typically green. The young lady needs an education in making sandwiches. She usually cuts the bread inappropriately, skimps key ingredients, and then when I get the sandwich back to my office it's a complete disaster where half the sandwich has poured out its guts. Management needs to step in and correct this store because it's abysmal. Too many poor reviews for this place - should be a red flag already. This really is last time I walk in.
