Must be my mistake, I was parked in the curbside pickup section, not the online curbside pickup section on the other side of the restaurant, as was so bizarrely explained to me by an employee. Not the side with many employees ignoring the red car which clicked the "I'm here" button for their online order 20 minutes ago. That's the wrong side, where the drive-thru is and everyone can see you is the wrong side. How foolish of me. So, I just finished my cold burger, and it was just as terrible as any other cold burger.
Look at this fish sandwich that's over $7 🤣

Would not recommend going to this Culver’s. I got a Culver’s deluxe double, there was barely any meat there. This is form night shift, not worth the wait or the money.

Got a double bacon burger an they didn't put my bacon on there, ate half before I even realized lmao. It was still really good though

You simply can't go wrong here. The absolute best burger in all of fast food-dom. Quick service, very friendly staff and always a clean store. The only reason this inst a 5 start burger joint is the price. Between this and Five Guys, you'll break the bank, but enjoy it all the way home.

We continually have problems with ordering a small value basket with a single burger and most of the time ending up with a double burger at a higher cost. I don’t understand why this is so difficult to get the order correct. Culver’s used to be our favorite fast food . The quality and service has fallen to new lows ,unfortunately . Thanks, Jack W.

It started out great but after we ate our dinner we ordered ice cream but never got it. We waited for at least 20 minutes and went up to request a refund as we needed to leave we found a bunch of employees standing around talking. Then we we asked for a refund they said hold on and we will be glad to get it made for you.

Service was friendly, fast and efficient but the food was not the best. My youngest would live off of ice cream if we'd let her so it was unusual that she didn't like it, she said it was "gross". I ended up throwing 95% of it away.

Wanted a mushroom burger but they were out of mushrooms. Not surprised in this economy. So asked for a crinkle fry and cheese sauce. Fries were hard & cold and cheese sauce was like water hence the one star...
