Denny's

I have eaten here before and still am pleased to see how modern and un-diner like it is inside. Very nice. The menu is also both varied and interesting. This time, for dinner, I ordered their lasagna (I saw someone else's, and it looked good!). They have a slightly different take on traditional lasagna, rolling a generous amount of flavorful ground beef with a lasagna noodle (2 rolls), surrounded by spaghetti sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese. The sauce was a bit thin, but it worked well as I mixed spoonfuls of the lasagna with it to make a perfect mouthful of noodles, beef, cheese, and sauce! The only down side, which I've experienced the few times I've visited on travel, is that they are understaffed. So expect longer than average waits to be seated or checked out. The wait staff was friendly and professional. Overall I still recommend this Dennys!
