Ayelada

This place is extraordinary, and has been since the day it opened. The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and the yogurt is…well, it must be tried to be believed. When we have friends and relatives visit from out of town, there are two places they want to go without fail: Ayelada and Crust. Pittsfield is so lucky to have you!

I can't say enough about the owner Lisa and how amazing this place is! The frozen yogurt is like nothing you've ever tasted - it is the real deal and so delicious. Lisa went out of her way to make a custom dessert for our mom's 80th birthday and everyone commented how amazing it was. I wish I lived closer to frequent this great establishment, but highly recommend to anyone who wants a fantastic frozen yogurt made with locally farmed products and who appreciates excellent customer service. Thanks so much, Lisa, for putting the finishing touch on our mom's special birthday celebration!

My go-to spot with friends and family! The employees are always so friendly, and the yogurt is wonderful. Not too sweet with a bit of tang, but still suitable for kids. Slightly more expensive, but definitely worth the extra dollar! The order-ahead feature on their website is nice as well, convenient and timely.

The exterior plaza does not make Ayelada seem like an exceptional place to take friends and family for a frozen treat. However, the interior is open and welcoming with plenty of seating, children's seats are also available. There is also space between the tables to bring in a stroller if necessary. Previously I have not been a fan of frozen yogurt, but Ayelada changed that. With their rotation of new flavors, wide variety of toppings their frozen yogurt is very different from what I have had in the past. It is thick with a balance of sweetness and tang. I am looking forward to going back again.
