Pizza Hut

Girl who took the order was nice but seemed sort of absent minded. Ordered the cheesy bites pizza since Pizza Hut brought it back for the time being. What I got was a stuffed crust pizza where the crust was cut into little nugget sized pieces. I don’t think the girl or the rest of the people in the store knew how to make the pizza. I would’ve preferred the honesty in that sense bc I could’ve just gone to another Pizza Hut to actually get what I ordered. Pizza was hard and slightly dry too. I’ve attached pictures of what I got and an advertised cheesy bites pizza.

Recently I used the app to order. I had fallen down the stairs earlier in the day (total accident) and just gotten home from the hospital, and I put the wrong pizza in by accident. When I called to complain, they explained they had it correct, but then offered to send the pizza I actually wanted free of charge, and had it to my family within twenty minutes. It was really kind and classy of them. I probably order once a month and will definitely continue to do so now. Very happy!

I have never been so damn enfuriated ordering a pizza. I called all day and not a single person answered. I finally broke down and ordered online and realized I forgot to order garlic sauce. I can't get through to the store, nor does putting an order in to the call center work. After so many minutes it just sends you to voicemail. I don't even know if they got my order because there has been no tracking update. I will not take the order if they decide to show up. I will NEVER. EVER. order here again!

We don't typically dont go to Pizza Hut because it's always hit or miss (more miss). We were craving cheese stuffed crust so we ordered to go. We were there early to pick it up and the pizza was not at all fresh. The cheese had hardened on top as old pizza does. Most of the cheese had cooked out of the crust and more onto the pizza and they never added our crust topper. These things would not have mattered to me one bit if our pizza had just been fresh.

Always but $32.00 for 2 pizza's is way over the top. These people are selling and all other pizza places are selling smalls as a large why is this? I ordered one pizza pepperoni and cheese and supreme pizzas and I picked them up lol and it's 32.00 well that's way to high in cost for me. What is going on today when one can't get a good pizza for a fair amount.

I went to Pizza Hut at 9:35 , they close at 10 . I called multiple times at 9:30 and no answer . At 9:35 I went in , there was no one in the front and the phone was ringing endlessly . I finally said hello , after 5 minutes and someone yelled I’ll be right there . I stood there for another few minutes and no one came , so I left. You don’t close until 10. People should be answering the phone and standing at the front when people walk in. Very unprofessional.

Don't waste your time or money. We paid $2.00 more for extra cheese and there wasn't even enough cheese to cover the pizza (the sauce was showing through). It was a cheesy bites pizza and the bites were hard like they weren't cooked enough. The waffle fries were also so hard you could barely chew them. We won't be ordering here again.
