Ihop

Its an ihop, but its newly remodeled so everything looks nice. Waitress was amazing. Only thing thats bothersome is the delivery drivers sprawled over the entry area seats, there were three of them taking up enough seats for 10 ppl. We didnt have to wait to be seated but they should really think of limiting them during busy times.

Always super friendly staff and great food. The restaurant is clean and organized. It's always a great experience here. Plenty of pancake flavors, omlettes, burgers, and other options like steak, fish, shicken, and plant based options. This restaurant is a 24/7 restaurant and only closes whenever they are short staffed, so the best thing to do is to call and check ahead of time, especially after 4 pm. It's also important to note that if you prefer to pay with checks, they don't accept checks after 10 pm.

I commend the employees at this IHOP. They were understaffed when we arrived for breakfast and worked very hard at getting patrons seated, orders taken, and food served. Even the kitchen team came out to help. I ask the individual(s) reading this review to please acknowledge your staff for their teamwork, effort, and kind service!

Luv the New York strawberry cheesecake pancake’s they put whipped cream on top with some extra strawberry syrup, delicious!!! They had the plant base sausage this time. Which was pretty good, with scrambled eggs and hashbrowns. My husband had the protein pancakes with four easy over eggs. We also had lemon water. It wasn’t pack at all…

Went on a Sunday somehow beating the rush, and were quickly seated. Our server was polite and helpful but had a lot on her plate... I think there were only 2 servers there? I felt bad she kept apologizing for everything taking so long, but everything was delicious. Absolutely perfect for taking the kids out for a meal I didnt have to make!

IHOP is a casual restaurant, and its menu includes simple foods such as pancakes, omelettes, salads, burgers, and even some entrees such as chicken. Prices are reasonable. For example, during my lunch/dinner today, meals for two people cost $30 plus a tip. Similar to many other businesses, this restaurant seems to have challenges with hiring employees, but the two employees who served us did a good job. My husband and I enjoyed our pancakes, bacon, and orange juice, but the omelette could have contained fewer eggs and more of other ingredients.

Updated February 26th 2021 We had a 10-15 minute wait for a table and that's fine, it was pretty close to the actual 10-15 minutes. However....once seated, this is where the visit went downhill very quickly! We got seated and currently, we're waiting to get our server to get our drink orders and we've been waiting 15 minutes. The server came after sitting here 5 minutes, we knew what we wanted and the server came to the table and said I'll give you a few more minutes, I'll be with you in just a minute, that was 10 minutes ago. This is where the unacceptable-ness of the visit went bad, this is the part that isn't fair and with a hungry 7.5 year old, the waiting with not even anything to drink is intolerable. Someone literally was just now seated and he got his coffee within 30 seconds. The server claims that guy was waited on so quickly because they put a cook on the floor to be a server but still, it's not right for the cook to immediately serve someone just seated when we're sitting here 15 minutes. The server apologized for the wait and that was nice but still, at the very least, that cook should've gotten our drink order first. The server got our drink order with the food order and that again, was really nice. The server came back with drinks within 3-4 minutes and when the drinks were delivered, the server said the food wouldn't take as long as the wait for drinks so, hopefully that's how it goes. So much better eating when you're at the restaurant versus bringing it home. Our server was great, too!
