Window clerk Draeshawn was very helpful and patient while taking my order...he is a true asset to Wendy's restaurant.

It’s a decent location, but they somehow didn’t get my online order and so I had to buy mine twice and call corporate to get a refund. The manager was somewhat rude about it and was not willing to admit it was their fault at all that they didn’t have it, even when I showed proof that I had spent my money on it.

Server was friendly. Had lots of patience with two elderly women, even when one spilled drink on counter and floor. Food was delicious

Nobody to take your walk-in order at this location. You’ll have to order at a kiosk, and probably have to wait an extra long time to order if you’re behind a tech-challenged person ordering before you. Food was served fresh and hit the spot.

this location is next to my hotel i am at for work. i walked over & was apologized to that the lobby is closed but i could order online, it's 2022, that's fine ! i talked to 2 of the employees while i waited because they were outside as well. they were apologizing that they're under staffed and trying their best with the staff they have. we talked about how my hotel used to be the ones school and they were all over all very nice and doing as best and as quickly as possible.
