Dunkin'

I'm not one who knows how to order coffee, pass the fact that i want sweet/ strong caffeine 😩😁 I went to this Dunkin this morning and was greeted by the beautiful (inside and out) barista Mattie 🤗 She was patient, and informative with a side of graciousness!! She made me the best coffee I ever had!!! What a great experience on NATIONAL COFFEE DAY🎉🎉🎉🎉 thanks Mattie🤗

My go-to Dunkin. My order is always ready on time. My only complaint is that there's not a shelf inside for mobile order pickups like other Dunkins. The orders are always behind the counter and you just have to stare at them from afar trying to get a worker's attention. The other day, one of the workers said "You know you can just grab your food. You don't have to wait." but like come on dude, I'm not going to reach over the counter. Oh and the parking lot is pretty rough if it's busy. So two complaints I guess.

This Dunkin crew has been consistently amazing over about the last 5 yrs we've been Going here till present!! Tonight, they made specialty drinks per our request and all gathered enthusiastically awaiting our taste tests of them, as they had never been done before, and they were a huge hit!! ❤️ 😊 We wanted to try the new strawberry dragonfruit and also peach flavored ice drinks as coolatas and these dunkineers did not dissapoint in their presentation! They're always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for us any time we visit, and we don't always get the same crew either, it has been overall thru the shifts/store! I even drove to this location a few Mos ago after an employee at the bethel store was rude and gave me a hard time, and McMurray exchanged my drink 10 mins later when I got over there, no issues and with a smile. I was more than pleased with how the GM for those locations handled that rare instance, and have been meaning to publically say so, I believe his name was Mike. He was also so accommodating, pleasant, and wonderful to speak with! I just can't praise this location's crew enough, and I wanted to give a 5star review for a job always well done, as far as we are concerned! I hope you guys get to see this, I left a review here and at Facebook for you--and I also hope that management @dunkin celebrates you all for your unwavering excellence in customer service! Good job guys, thanks for always making our experience wonderful! 🍩🍹☺️☕💗🍵

We go pretty much every weekend for donuts and breakfast. I order a lot in the morning. The manager there provides great customer service. So does the one lady who is always at the window in the mornings. If you go later in the day though that’s when the B squad seems to come out, and some weekends. We have had a few messed up orders and I rarely go back for them to fix but anytime I have mentioned a problem it’s fixed. (Funny because today they messed up my coffee pretty good). Anyways mistakes happen, they do a decent job and my kids want to go every weekend so it gets my approval.
