The food tastes overall good. We went before a penguins game and got in and out relatively quickly. The fries were a bit cold and that got my mothers order wrong at first. They fixed it quickly and everything was good. Overall this place was great.

The food here is decent and they have some really good drinks and cocktails. When we went on a Monday around 6pm it was pretty empty so the atmosphere was not great, but the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The food portions are good, but beware they're quite high on calories! An average meal here would easily go over 2300 calories.
It's quite a big place, so I imagine it's always easy to find places and you don't need reservations.
Our food took longer than expected to come though, even when there was hardly anyone there, so be prepared to wait a bit.

Convenient location next to PPG paints arena. Good vibe inside before the game. Wait time quoted was kind of long, but no longer than any other place. Ended up not waiting nearly as long before we got a table. Menu seemed to be a limited menu. Food was good and came quick.

It’s chain food so ok but won’t exactly win any awards. But the service is fast and the dad jokes are fresh, so it serves its purpose, especially given the location.

At the Pittsburg location for a convention and was completely blown away by the level of wonderful customer service we received! We were greeted and seated quickly, and our server paid very close attention to our orders! (Wonderful for a group of picky eaters!) Our dinners were delivered promptly and with a cheerful smile! Our server was sure to make our experience one to remember and even took the extra step into a mile and made our night! We will be sure to come back again when we are in town next year! And we plan to bring all our friends too! I just wish we could have gotten our servers name before we left, but if we see him again I would love to thank him personally!

The server was super attentive and made sure our food was made to perfection! He even offered me and my fiancé fountain drinks to go when asked if we wanted refills. Will definitely come again in hopes of the same outstanding service we received!

Few customers upon arrival, waitress not attention detailed, ordered lemonade for my child, he got water in a drink cup she didn't check up, we had to disrupt her conversation x2 to get a to go bag and lemonade. Food was good, Wouldn't go through the traffic to go again.

I went there on a Saturday night and it wasn't busy at all, only because there were no games or concerts going on. The server was really nice and they had $5 margaritas going on. I had a cajun chicken pasta that was really good. it wasn't as spicy as I like but it was good. The atmosphere was fun, it would be somewhere I would go to get drinks and appetizers before a game or concert for sure!

Typically not a fan of TGIF, but we showed up a half hour before closing and the bartender was very accommodating. Even chatted with manager about spots to visit while in Pittsburgh. My whiskey sliders we're delicious...really. Great experience our first night in Pittsburgh.

This was actually a Subway in Pittsburgh and TGIF was beside it. Got out of the 90 degrees heat and had cool ac and good sandwiches
