The waitress there named Lisa is outstanding, she is always so nice and keeps a smile on her face, no matter what! I mostly get breakfast and I've never had a complaint, their food is awesome at reasonable prices! Most of the time she has to run the WHOLE restaurant all by herself, plus run the register, do take out orders, bus tables ECT... and still will not forget you! She is the best and most experienced waitress I've ever had! Thank you Lisa! ❤️

Cherries diner is a 5 star diner experience! The food came out fast, not only was it absolutely delicious but a huge portion as well. We were served by Cherry herself who was very warm and accommodating to our meal substations. If we’re ever back in Pittsburgh we will be back at Cherries diner!

If you want a good home cooked breakfast, this is it. It was so good I forgot to take a picture of my meal before eating some. Oops. I would classify the pancake as magical, and the home fries as excellent. The eggs and sausage were cooked perfectly. Very reasonable prices also. We will come back here.

We we're staying downtown and walked to Cherry's. Great breakfast, everything was just like I like it. Eggs were perfect, sausage patties also. The potatoes were great, crisp and delicious.
Family that owns the restaurant were welcoming and friendly.
