Bojangles

We ordered a 20 piece family meal and they told us it would be about 20 minutes to make we said ok no problem. The gentleman working that evening came out to inform us that we had a little more time to wait until the order would be ready and offered us drinks while we waited. That was so nice and we were so happy to get fresh made chicken. We got back to the place we were staying and that chicken was hot and the best I have had‼️‼️‼️

The only reason I visit this particular location is due to my teenage daughters loving Bojangles but I personally prefer KFC..... 10 to 1. Employees r also not the friendliest in the world each time I have visited the drive thru but then again it is the holidays amidst a pandemic so that is completely understandable.

I live in a small town where bojangles is one of the few options for quick food. While I enjoy bojangles, this particular location has been consistently run poorly. I cave from time to time and visit this location near home with full expectation of disappointment. Every single visit, without fail, my order is incorrect, missing items, often not hot, and the chicken is dry. I waited over 10mins in the drive through tonight only to receive mildly warm food, dry chicken, missing multiple items and my Dr pepper tasted like straight carbonated water. This is only one of about a dozen different visits to this location and the same issues are consistent.

The past few times my husband and I have gotten sausage biscuits from this bojangles the biscuits & sausage have not been done! They are very dowey,dry, and when taking a bite out of them it's like getting a mouth full of flour because obviously they have used way to much flour! As well as the sausage r half cooked the patty's are cold and still pink in the center! Y'all need to address this problem asap before it results in someone getting food poisoned and a major lawsuit!
