Watered down coleslaw. Chicken had an unpleasant odor and WAY BEYOND EXPIRED. Biscuits about as dry as the personality of the young fellow at the window. Didn't get the honey sauce we asked for. It's a shame that we passed the KFC on 62nd Ave for the better food and treatment that used to be at the Pinellas Park location.

Just stop by your location on the way home from work ordered the famous bowl. Didn’t check it before I left because I’m like how can you mess up instant potatoes boneless chicken gravy and cheese. I was sadly mistaken… this was the worst famous bowl I’ve ever had the chicken they put in my bowl was the crumbs out of the fryer basket!!! Never again will I return and I advise you to stay as far from this location as you can… I want my money back!!

I love fried chicken but I’m not coming here anymore, I ordered an 8 piece fried chicken bucket online for pick up and paid in advanced. When I arrived, I was forced to wait in the drive thru line to pick up my order, when it was finally my turn at the window I was told that the “products” in my order (fried chicken) were not available and that I had to request a refund online with customer service then I was rudely told to pull forward and leave. Very disappointed with the customer service received I expected more from a food chain like KFC.

Do not go to this kfc. I came here at 850 and they close at 10 the guy in the drive thru was so rude greeted me with yea then when I tried to order a 4 piece he said you can’t have that. I asked why and he said all I got is a breast and a wing. I said don’t you close at 10? He said yes so I replied with what are you going to do the next hour? He said you want it or not. I tried calling to get the corporate number and they wouldn’t answer the phone or open the door to talk to me.. was the worst experience ever. Crazy you can’t even get chicken at a chicken place. I will never go back

My chicken was dry and the crispy wasn't crispy or too crispy. Like it was under the light way too long and thr was nothin too eat off the bones. I been having some bad luck at fast food places. Get a burger, wilted lettuce, rubbery onions, dried up pickles. Thr hiring these kids that don't give a ----! Tired of wasting money!!
