Store is so outdated, rusted old menu boards. Car hop service is ok. The store as a whole needs some restructuring, new store management to start off and work your on down the ladder. The district manager really needs to get involved with the sonics in his/her area.

The food/ice cream is great but, I have to admit that the ice cream is a rip-off! The ice cream is small and is more expensive than Burger Kings and Burger King's is cheaper for better ice cream.

Horrible service!!! Waited 20 minutes for a slush and didn't get my order right. They also act like they don't want to take your order. Just rude.

The food here is always hot & the orders are always correct and delivered promptly.

Literally found a hair in my drink! All I wanted wanted was a new drink and the manager wanted to argue and say I put it there. Come on.
