Sonic Drive-in

Horrible! If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered ahead two drinks. When I got there the stall number wouldn’t load. So I called in to tell them I was there. We waited. Meanwhile others were getting their orders…at least three around me. I called inside again, she apologized and said she’d talk to the kitchen. I ordered 2 drinks!! That’s it. About 15 minutes or more later I called corporate to get a refund, still no drinks. I finally drove off, still talking to corporate to file a formal complaint. If you have a choice go to a different location or go somewhere else.

Pulled into stall pushed button waited 10 min no answer. Moved to another stall pushed button and again 10 min no answer. Yes the buttons was working. So pulled out to drive-thru and 2 cars in front of me and 10 min later no movement thats just bad business. So left and settled for McDonald's after 30 + minutes of waiting and not getting to talk to anyone

I was waiting to place my breakfast order and the young lady that was taking the orders was outside standing at a truck visiting with some young man. After I sat there for a few minutes then she decided to go in and take my order. She had on the head set so I know she was responsible for taking the orders. Talk about unprofessional!! I'm done

Great place! They understood my order and got everything right! They were also fast and friendly. The made my strawberry shake into a small when I paid for a mini, which was super kind. There was only a super small issue when they forgot a drink I ordered. I just pushed the button and told them about it. They came out in less than 30 seconds. Great service and I'll definitely be back! It's not cheap for the combo meals but I think it's worth it and I recommend it

Ordered food for me and my mom. Waited a good minute for them. Both orders were wrong. The food taste wasn't good. Service was not good either. Ordered for my mother and before I could get mine out she tried to cut me off with my total. Then acted irritated with me saying I have more to add. They were not extremely busy either. We were in to big of a hurry to get home. Work on customer service and reading orders correctly.

I was hungry. I googled, "food near me". I chose sonic because it was 9:39 and it's fairly close to me. I was already on my way. I got there at 9:43 only to be told that this restaurant was closed for the night. HOWEVER... I googled their location and then I looked for their business hours... They lied to my face...
