Kfc

Horrible service. Mac n cheese was inedible. Picked up the food for the grandchildren on the way home. Arrived to hungry 4, 5 and 6 year olds. Opened the bag and it was clear that the KFC couldn't care less. The Mac and cheese was old and even appeared to be missing a section and perhaps already eaten. Obviously I couldn't serve. See photos. As well the fries were half full. Supposed to be 2 large orders but together would not fill one container. Chicken was cold. I called the manager the next day. She didn't apologize but did quickly offer a full refund. I stopped by a couple days later at noon to collect the refund and again no apologies or concern. I did notice that there were no customers in line. Neither will I be in line again either. We have a new motto and saying with my grandchildren. No more KFC.

Chicken sandwiches were cold.. sitting in holder. No Cole slaw. Mac& cheese was day old, I'm told by the person who didn't eat it. Just poor customer experience. Too much trouble to go down the block and complain.

Def wish I had read reviews before coming. Now I know why no one was here at 6:30 on a Friday evening. 1st my order was wrong but I had already pulled off and was in a rush. The chicken was dry and had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. My potatoes were def sitting all day and the bread had a "funny" taste and my drink was a Tropicana punch that was a mix of a flat soda and water. Never again! No thanks!!!

I have on numerous occasions attempted to purchase a chicken wing dinner. To date, I have not been successful. The last time I went I ordered the 4 piece wing, original. Said only had 2 pieces of original, I said that was fine and I would take the other 2 crispy. Within minutes I was told there were no wings. Will not go there again

There were 3 cars (including me)in line. I ordered a 8 piece bucket of chicken. I was told I would have to wait 6 minutes for the breast to cook. No problem. However 53 minutes later I finally went inside and two women who were chatting addressed me and I explained how long I had been waiting for my food. She said the problem was they were waiting on 1 breast. I asked how long it takes to cook a breast and she said 5 minutes. Ok then why has it been 53 minutes to get 1 breast? She said were still waiting on 1 breast. Really????? Oh and then after they finally got my breast done and my potatoes and coleslaw had been sitting on the counter bagged for who knows how long they hand it to me without the additional potatoes and gravy I ordered. I asked for my additional potatoes and gravy and yep you guessed it!!! They were out of potatoes😖She did take the last one out of someone else's bag and handed it to me along with a lemon cake and said here's your family dessert for having to wait. One last note. The younger man at the drive through was working so hard trying his best to handle things.

This KFC has a level of incompetence that is unmatched in the food industry. Gave it another go after bad experience 3 months ago with order being incorrect and food not tasting like Col. Sanders attended. And once again, order incorrect. Ordered extra crispy and got original with "non kfc tasting" chicken. Can't fault the manager. Must be the owner...Look at all the negative reviews. Corporate KFC needs to shut this location down. Never any customers there, I took another chance, but never again.
