Mcdonald's

I never felt the need to decrease the stars of a business after leaving a review... but over this past year this location went down hill. Almost 99% of the time we are told to park. I never order more then two meals. Before when i would get parked, the food would be out with 5 mins. These past few times ive been parked for 15 to 20 mins. The first time this happen i assumed they were extrealy busy. Nope, they told us they were waiting on the chicken sandwich..we DIDNT order a chicken sandwich...they noticed the mistake and gave us free sandwhich coupons which btw WAS EXPIRED. Didnt notice till i was home. Today same thing happen... at the 10 min mark we walk in to grab our food. This time we were told they were waiting on our fries.... that is total bull. We seen 10 cars go by, even the ones that got praked after us left before us...so you mean to tell me NO ONE ordered a meal that came with fries?? Btw once we got our food.. the fries were cold and tasted stale.. Sucks this location is on the way home from work. I guess ill be driving to another one cuz this location has bad service.... dont get me wrong tho, the employees are sweet..... not to mention, sloppy sandwich making is very common...the condiments are never in the sandwich.

They were very busy. Massive drive thru line and very few people inside. Seems like they do not have a person to do inside orders and separate people for the drive thru. They put all the attention on the drive thru. My routine order of a Big Mac meal and two McDoubles took 15 minutes🤨 That is an eternity in fast food time! The food was acceptable at least.😉

Stopped in today to pick up a takeout order. Ask a woman employee for a cup for water. She hands me a extremely small child's cup. I believe smaller then a child's cup. I ask for a larger cup and she nodded and said "sorry, no can do!" I felt disgusted and literally offended! With everything costing sky high prices, gas prices through the roof and McDonald's cannot provide a decent size cup of water! With all the profits they make! McDonald's you should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm still trying to adjust my mood to a happy place. McDonald's shame on you! You lost my business for sure! I walked in there feeling good and walked out feeling disappointed and grossly disgusted!

I had never felt the urge to leave bad reviews for Mc Donald but i had to! This is the Mc Donald’s I always come to and it is so disappointing. So I went to the drive thru and order a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and when I got home it was all sloppy and it was missing condiments. I only received it with one little tomato like if they didn’t have any and everything outside the sandwich. The workers are nice but it looks like they do care how they do their job. I called them and some girl answered and seemed like she did not care and when I was finished talking I heard like the workers laughing. This is truly upsetting !!

Manager Dana would not let me trade a Kid's meal because she said because of Covid. It is June 21st 2022. Everything is lifted and travelers from other countries can come over without covid test. Bad service and not smart girl. Other mcdonald are trading duplicate toys even during tougher coved rules.
