I usually just post reviews when I have a negative experience , but that wasn’t the case at all today . I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received . It’s hard now a day to find a fast food place that offers good customer service . Keep up the amazing work. I told the lady I was there for the Bogo offer online. She offered for me to do it while I was in the store and waited patiently for me. Thank you

This was a great experience. I've been to a lot of Subways across this nation and have had experiences good and bad. I had a terrible experience at the 9524 Camelback Subway that made me think I'd never visit another one again. But this here Subway has changed my mind. Unlike that other awful Subway, this one will actually accept your coupons and you will not be a suspected hoodlum for trying to find a legitimate discount. They will simply adhere to the restrictions on the coupon instead of posting warnings that they only honor discounts for five or so subs. There is no stinginess about drinks whatsoever. I was told I could pay a few cents more for a larger size, but in no way was I treated like a criminal or thief for wanting a larger drink. I just want to add that I appreciate Joshua's attitude. He was very kind and courteous and was making the best of the situation. Managers and owners might want to learn from that kind of philosophy. Other reviewers complained about cleanliness at this location. On my visit, everything looked clean. Nothing appeared out of sorts or unsightly. There was not anyone else there, so there was no waiting this time. Overall, a great experience. I will happily drive miles away to this location than ever step foot in that other place.

UPDATE This Subway has had new people over the last month or two and I have not had any issues since then. They are much quicker and have better customer service than before. ====================================== I've been here for 24 minutes waiting for this lady to even look up at me, she just keeps making online orders even though I've been standing here. Not once has she said I'll be right with you or one second, not even hi.

The new No Bready Bowls are super good and are very large with huge amounts of whatever meat you ordered. The young people who serve are nice. I dropped a star as they read the order wrong and we got chicken knstead of the steak we ordered. Thete was no explanation and didnt notice until I arrived home. It was not a huge deal as the chicken was excellent but paid (I believe) about a dollar extra for the steak. I didn't call or take it back as I figured they didnt need any more problems and, as I said, it was still very good.
