I cannot say enough nice things about Marcos! I came in with multiple phones each with issues that required much more tech savvy than I possess. Did not faze this young man one bit. I wanted to combine phones and transfer all to 1 single phone. 1st day 2 hours plus. Had issues getting my desired phone number from another carrier. He set it up so both my numbers would be accessible, on one phone. Next day, 1 hour, still issues with other carrier. He tried 4 times and the verizon port division tried as well. We decided to take Sunday off and the young man gave me his number in case I had phone issues. Texted me Monday to see if anything had come up. I headed back to the peoria location and between Marco and a wonderful young lady from the porting department, I ended up with my phone number of 15 years being assigned to my new phone. I am a very happy and satisfied verizon customer. I think the staff at the verizon location on Peoria is great and I hope they know what an asset they have with Marcos. His professionalism, knowledge and level of customer service were above expectations. Thank you

Another visit to Verizon. Another outstanding experience. Excellent Customer service from Cody today. Took care of me for my Z Flip 3 issues. Informed me about the upcoming Z Flip 5. I plan to get one. Will be in soon to order one. Got to pay off a little bit from previous. After that, my new Z will be mine with a great offer and deal.

I was so upset when I went into Verizon to pay my bill because I didn’t understand why everything was more expensive than I was told it would be when I bought my phones. She itemized my bill and made sure I understood what was making the price so high. Now I also understand what my next bill will look like. Martha was amazing and so helpful and able to calm my anxiety over the misunderstanding of the third party Verizon I initially bought my phones at. I was unaware of multiple discrepancies and had several grievances that she talked me through and advised that I could go back to the palace I bought them to see if I could get help there considering they are a franchise. Thank you Martha for doing a great job with customer service, excellent understanding of the processes and price points of the products. She answers every question intellectually, respectfully and empathetically. I give her four five and six stars for being so amazing. Verizon you should know that store has great employees with great management as far as I could tell. Martha deserves the best for being the best.

Absolutely loved the service I received from Macy!! She was very friendly, helpful, and got me in and out as fast as she could. She was very informative, gave me lots of information on my new phone. It's people like her that definitely make upgrading a phone and breaking down the price/payments that much better.
