The food is great so recognition to the Chef! The Purple 🟣 Turtle has decent specials as presented in the photos ($5-12) for the drinks but they always seem to be limited on supplies and ingredients. They do have security in the front entrance before you can be sat down.
Overall it's a decent Dive Bar for the area with recognition from the neighborhood.
If you're looking for a straightforward facility this is it. Not bad but not great. Food is good!! 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good old purple turtle. Great place always has been. I love the karaokes and poker. But there is usually always drama that pops off. Shootings sometimes. It can get crazy. So as long as u drink ur beer and mind up buisness then ull be good

I went to the bar on Saturday for the live music with my group of friends, Name was amazing considering she was by herself, still very attentive even though it was a full bar. Considering coming her again !

Not bad last time I came here there were prego chick's in skimpy clothes lol 4 years ago which deterred me away went with my coworkers who always wanted to go try the wings I experienced b4 the new management came atleast 4 years ago but we enjoyed the wings they were yummy!!!but it hasn't change alot inside beside electronics one pool table something that looks like a vip area some visuals..but tables are still the same etc..the server was very nice attentive more then what I got 4 years ago she did a great job I'd go back past the old school turtle tables etc food tastes the same and service got better I'll go back my mind has been changed!! If u haven't tried fo ahead and do so kids are welcome to eat aswell probably only till 6pm not exactly sure

Best food especially the wings , good beer specials and drinks all the bartenders have good attitudes and so there job as they should , forget what you have heard about the place and go try it for yourself best bar on the Westside....

Michaylla has been just a doll!! We go there as usuals for lunch and the service she gives is amazing. Always very attentive and on top of her stuff! Very friendly staff and good food! Definitely recommend this little neighborhood bar !!

OMG! The service and staff are absolutely GORGEOUS 😍 ❤️ but they're also very sweet and do their best to please their customers in what can be a very busy bar! SPORTS!!! Cmon now Sunday ticket, PPV, NBA they do it ALL! They didn't even charge cover on the Davis vs Garcia fight!
Food: very the wings breh. Lotta meat on them bones, sloppy and saucey is the way. The cooks know their way around *Flavor Town!
Staffing: owners spare no expense to create a safe fun environment for people to enjoy some food, drinks, and people.
