Chuck E. Cheese

This is the best CEC I have ever been to. Every time I've been here it's been clean, pretty much every game was working, and the employees are nice. Brock is such a cool person and deserves a raise. The animatronics have provided hours of entertainment and comfort for me and were my reason for coming. They're currently remodeling so if the construction bothers you avoid going for now. This is the last prototype 3-stage and it's very sad to know that these bots will probably be gone in a few days. The pizza was good but the cheesy bread was overpriced (still good but not worth what I spent). I recommend the unicorn churros they're delicious. I don't see myself coming back due to the removal of the animatronics (it's not exciting it's depressing) but this location has earned 5 stars for the experiences I've had. UPDATE: The grand reopening was a blast.

This location was excellent! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by the friendly staff. We did go on a Monday, so it was pretty empty. But needless to say the customer service was excellent! I forgot to take candles for my son's cake and they actually gave me candles and a cake cutter which I had forgotten too!! It had been years since I had been to a Chuck R Cheese. I thought the food was going to be below average, but I was pleasantly surprised when it was actually really good! I always order my pizza light sauce and most places think that means no sauce but not this location. They actually made the pizza light sauce. It was perfect! It was also very clean inside. There was an employee that was cleaning the whole time we were there. Most games were in working order, and if they didn't work there was a sign saying "out of order" We've been to other kids'pizza places where we constantly have to tell the employees that a game took our money. I would definitely recommend this location!!

I absolutely love taking my kids to Chuck-E-Cheese. I have gone there often unfortunately this last visit was not pleasant. They had one worker so anybody that was coming in or had been there had been waiting for a long time to be serviced. When we finally did get the person that was there by themselves we were greeted with a disrespectful attitude! I did not like it or appreciate it so I let it be known and this woman continued to give attitude. The worst part is she was a manager there. I proceeded to then ask for the store manager and her tone changed as well as her attitude. Of course by then it was just a little bit too late for me to enjoy being there. So this was the first time that this has happened at Chuck-E-Cheese.

Great place for kids birthday parties. They have all new games and large screen for entertainment. They also have the interactive floor with ghosts instead of fish for the Halloween season. They serve beer and wine as well. The pizza was surprisingly good. They are much better than when I was young, and definitely a step up from Peter Piper pizza IMO.

Honestly one of the best CECs I've been to. It's always super clean, the games are regularly cleaned too. The staff are AMAZING, they never get annoyed, they always have a smile on their face and are always willing to help with any issues/questions. But they don't have that many games as they did back in 2013-2015, the whole gameroom back then was full of games, but not anymore. Even with the lack of games, the games are still fun and addicting! The Big C himself comes out every hour which is very nice. The reason I gave the atmosphere three stars though is because they recently remodeled to a more.. I guess modern theme. This store used to have the whole animatronic band 3 stage, but they replaced it with colorful walls, a dance floor, and a big TV. IDK if it is just an issue with this location but the dance floor and TV seems to malfunction a lot. Kind of a bad remodel but other than that the store is great. 9/10 would recommend for sure!

Went to this place for my son’s 4th birthday- we were a walk in party that made a million and 3 questions. We worked with Abbey and she was fantastic. She explained everything very clear and was never upset or rushing us with our questions we kept having. The facility was very clean and just a great atmosphere. Will definitely return.

Best Chuck E Cheese in town. After the one closes down in Glendale (not sure why) we started to come to the one in Phoenix. Great food, very clean. Games were fun. Pizza is always my favorite but the salad bar was great too. Wings and fries were delicious. Truly will be coming back, especially for the food!

We came for a friend's birthday over the weekend and I have to compliment this location. The employees were kind, were hardworking - keeping pizza and treats coming out for guests, children entertained, parents informed, and common areas were being visibly cleaned (including the games) during our visit. Let's be real - this is an intense environment that could cause a lot of burnout but this location ran very smoothly with clean bathrooms and pleasant employees. I would 100% recommend this place for a children's birthday party.

Our experience was the very best we ever had at a pizza place! The manager specially ensured we had everything we needed and kept checking on us. She was the sweetest person and seemed like she truly cared about how great our party went and the needs of the customer. The food was good and pricing was not too expensive for a party. We spent around $270 before tip for a party of 10 adults and 6 kids. I wish I could leave the lady who helped us an even better review with direct management because she was so amazing. I believe she was the manager she was dressed in all black. Thank you Chucky cheese for making my sons party so much fun and easy.
