Avis sur Kfc

i just worked but even as an ex employee that got fired without even being told by the manager why or that i was even fired … this place is the absolute worse place not the food just how the manager manages the store . First of all we did not get trained or interviewed. Personally I never knew when I worked because the schedules would not be completed before time it would be getting made as we worked , she would proceed to tell me to come in on some days and then when I would go she would ask if I even worked that day and would think I would be lying to go in..She would never reply on time not just to me but to other employees or she would reply last minute telling them to come in. We do not get paid enough for this . She would get frustrated with us when we would ask for help or got something wrong like if we knew anything ,we did not even get trained! I also found it unprofessional that she gave my check to my cousin to give to me and that’s how I found out I was fired.

We ordered or food and I specifically asked for honey and butter for my biscuits(cause they don’t do that on there own anymore?) I got home and there wasn’t any honey or butter in the bag. My fries we smashed and cold and my fiancés food was also cold. I really hate spending 20 bucks on food just so I can throw half of it away because the employees don’t want to do there job!!

Check your order before you leave. My jalapeños have been forgotten in the past here. Last night when asked for my large fry to be made fresh, night shift ( a old mexican lady and a young Mexican girl)made me wait in front of this kfc to serve me some old fries. Then when i called to let them know its old fries the older mexican lady who had a big accent said" they are fresh" i said " so the fries that i just ordered to be fresh do not taste fresh or hot at all & your telling me that they are fresh so are you saying that I am lying??" She passed the phone to the younger mexican girl and i heard her ask the young girl if she gave me my frys fresh. The young girl then got on the phone and asked if i can come back tomorrow for my fries. Its annoying waisting time and money on food i dont want to come back for.

We waited in the drive-in for 10 minutes, then I was told the wings would take 15 minutes, we said okay, parked in the front of the store as directed, 25 minutes later I turned off my car and went in to find out what was going on. I paid almost $50 for food, I expect going through the drive-in to be better. I waited in the store for another 10 mins. Yes! You heard that right, so AFTER ordering and paying money, I waited 35 minutes for "fast food". Never going here again!

Came in at 7:12 an hour before closing, normally we wouldn’t do this to stores especially fast food but jack in the box next door turned us down so we went for the next closest option. On the receipt it said the name was Maria the person who took our order was a man with a heavy southern accent. Didn’t get his name but just wanted to let you guys know he is awesome! After being turned down by jack in the box he definitely made our order feel welcomed despite it being so close to close. He was very kind and sweet and a hard worker. Please give this man a raise!! Cashier worked on 2/13/22 around 7:12 pm
