I just want to say...they absolutely have the best employees (Tory & James) working here! Especially Tory who was very attentive & friendly. My daughter is new to making her own subs and Tory made it fun for the both of us! Subs were definitely made with love & laughter. Store was clean and we will definitely be back for more subs!

I love this location, always speedy and accurate and so kind when I get specific with my order. Today I witnessed Rayna (the manager) dealing with an upset customer patiently and respectfully. It’s good to know the management is so reasonable and is a great example of customer service for all other staff. I’m so grateful for that wonderful service, the clean premises, and fresh ingredients. Thanks Rayna and crew!

I NEED AN OPTION FOR MORE STARS!!!!!! Anthony Morelas is the ABSOLUTELY BEST SANDWICH ARTIST at this subway on 19th ave and Thunderbird Road. My husband and I were greated with the best smile and the warmest "Hello, welcome in" we have ever recieved in any Subway restaurant EVER. His sweet welcome and perfect skill, along with the patience of a Saint (I'm so super picky) made our rough day so much sweeter. We have had issues in this subway before and swore to never go back, today Anthony Morelas made me into a Subway lover again!!!!! This SANDWICH ARTIST needs WAY MORE THEN AN ATTA BOY Sweet Anthony thank you so much for your time and sweet smile, I really appreciated it and needed it more then you know!!!

The only reason its not 5 stars is because the owners/corporate have this store severely understaffed. With that being said, I walked in around 820, the 2 gentlemen were slammed. Other customers being rude and extremely unreasonable about having to wait in line, despite that, they made my food just the way I asked, followed all my instructions, and were very polite. Good job fellas, based simply on that effort to do their jobs correctly and efficiently will be the reason I come to this location when there is a ton of others nearby. Yes I'm a real person, I just don't allow google to sell my data hence my username.

5 stars is for the assistant manager. Ordered 2 subs on the app and they were terrible & not what I ordered. Didn’t find out till I got home. I called the store & the assistant manager talked to me and offered to redo my order at no charge. She waited till I got there to make them to be sure they were right. She was very sweet and totally apologized for everything.
