Ready for new management. The wrong container and prepare without Love. I go back in to use bathroom employee ignored me I asks "excuse me will you open the bathroom door for me"? Three other employees standing around if they don't understand English. Finally one states I can open the door for you after my persistence.

I don't think I've ever had anything bad to say about Jack in the box. I only found out about Jack in the box like a year and a half ago when I came to the West Coast to be honest it's pretty much one of my two main go to places because at least I know what I'm getting. I need you're going to get much better quality food and bigger servings for the same price that you would pay at McDonald's you're going to get better food here. This particular Jack in the box is pretty damn good never had an issue the whole entire staff is on top of their game

ZERO STARS ......Their staff is not friendly ....manager looked at me as i entered she said nothing (waited almost a min before order was taken ) when she asked for my order order was not verified...was not given my receipt (had to take off printer myself ). and THANK YOU goes a long way(No one said thank you and when i was given my food and said Thank you they just looked at me like I insulted them (where have manners gone ? ).Jenny's tone of voice changed when she spoke to her crew from speaking to the customers in drive thru and with myself...very unwelcoming location. A manager should lead by example ..Jenny needs to step up her customer service skills and so should her team (a team is only as good as their manager. ) I know how hard fast food industry is and I appreciate all fast food workers (that is why I was nice not to say something right there ) but CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE # 1 priority Hash browns where super greasy.

First time at this jack in the box on 27th ave & camelback.. Julian (hoping that’s his name) was alone in the front taking orders running back & fourth. Lots of customers in & out, being super rude & yelling at him. But he keep it super calm & handled everything like he should have. Our food took a good 10 minutes to receive.. but everything was fresh & good. I just wanted to make sure Julian’s manager knew what a great employee he has…he deserves a raise! 3/11/22 time 7:50pm

Every night between midnight - 4am they claim "the system is down and we can't take any orders" among many other ridiculous reasons as to why they can't take your order. I'm going to rate their excuses here: 1. "System is down" 0/10 (what does this mean? You can't take a payment?) 2. We're out of "xyz" so we're not serving anything. (2/10 so the entire menu is inaccessible? unoriginal excuse) 3. "System is down again" (I feel like after the 6th time I heard this it was beginning to feel more like a made up excuse) 4. Silence. (4/10 so there's no one in the store?)

I really tried to give this Jack in the Box a chance by going at different times,.. like weekdays and weekends but the service is still poor. I'm not sure if their overworked or just over it but I always have the same issue with my order..either it's not made right, the food is not hot, and when I buy extra I'm given the regular serving. I know some customers can be rude but I've worked fastfood before so I know it can get hectic real quick so I'm very patient and understanding but when you act as if me wanting my order right is a problem,now that's where I draw the line. I really hope they can improve in these area.

Waited at the drive thru ordering screen tonight for 10 minutes. She said one moment and I waited patiently and then after 5 minutes I started saying “hello” and no response. Cars behind me were honking and cursing at me audibly. Th drive thru was two lanes long so I just left. She saw me leave and she laughed. I guess it was funny to her. I just wanted some quick food and instead had this pretty stressful moment with people blaming me for holding up the line. I was having a bad day I guess this is just the cherry on top. People are so mean.

So I chose a number four from the menu which is a burger and six tacos and I remember pulling up and I seen a girl who had like this long hair and it was like kind of blonde or whatever and there was another dude or they didn't have many people working it seemed but I come home to notice I have an extra sandwich I'm like I just ordered a number four with six tacos that's awesome they give me a free that's like $10.oo cuz you know that thing is very expensive so I end up eating like almost all of it almost all of it till I pulled that out. I gagged out what I ate but what's gross is I have black hair n ppl who have hair without net or coverage or in bun don't think that it can end up in the food we buy nside be careful when receiving food from any places because a lot of the people there who were not also wearing or gloves knowing covid end up having hair in the food so watch out people. Thing is it's now 2:26 in morning I was hungry n tired I'm not going back to complain senceno answer on phone n it said message full sooo yeahh and my sprite tast like lime n a hit of cleaning product like pine sol.
