Sonic Drive-in

Look at this 😆 took forever for 2 drinks and this mess, small onion rings. It's burnt, batter is inconsistent, onions taste sour too. I took one bite of about 3 of them and had to throw them out. Look at that string that came out of it!! I've never seen anything like this, sonics usually has a even coating of batter.

I was driving around and i wanted something cold and stop at sonic. I order this green apple slushy with jolly ranchers and it was 1.72 , it was a good price for a medium but ibqas paying in cash and and i handed a $20 to the person who brought us the food and they keep 2 dollors without me giving them the tip. They can and gave me back 16.28 inside of 18.28. I mean i didnt want to say anything to the worker just for $2 but a review i will say. If you deserve the tip don't take . The customer will tip you if you deserve.

If I could give this location a zero I would! Every time I come here their system is always down, even though they just served a customer in front of me, or I sit for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. A week ago I ordered $14.xx worth of food and the car hop gave me $14.xx change out of the $20.00 I gave him, really?!?! I was honest and gave him the money back and took the correct change for myself. I can't believe that Sonic customers are having to deal with this and nothing is being done to correct it.

Ordered blasts on the app. My son got there to pick them up and was informed their ice cream machine was broken. They told him a refund would be coming in 5-7 days. That is not acceptable at all. If an order comes through that you can not fill cancel it. A refund should be immediate. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience at all. Poor customer service.
