Just when I thought genuine customer service was dead, then I meet Chris. Chris is the manager at this Applebee's location in the Happy Valley-Shops at Noterra area in North Phoenix. I called because I had an issue with the food that I ordered online. As a manager Chris truly stepped up to the standard of providing customer satisfaction. He not only cooked the new order himself, but he also hand-delivered it to my hotel suite. That for me is the epitome of "Great" customer service. I have always been an Applebee's fan, this just re-solidifies why.
