Lunch Time

Absolutely phenomenal!!! The quality of food is very exceptional, I had the Rueben and let me tell you, they really build it up nice, packed full of meat and flavor. I’m just passing through from Wichita, Kansas and happened to stop here impulsively. America needs more mom and pop diners like this. Very friendly and polite staff, very welcoming. Places like this make the world a better place to live in!!!

Had lunch at this place for the first time and I absolutely loved it. Store is family owned, I was welcomed with a friendly smile by a lady who took my order who made sure the order was right and communicated with me to ensure my order was correct and the way I wanted it. Quality of food was fantastic, sandwiches had soft bread, lots of meat and was fresh good meat. We tried two soups broccoli and cheddar and cheddar potato I believe and they were both delicious and homemade, I was more than pleased! Prices were also fairly priced, the only improvement would be the dining room needs a little update but for me it's the food and service that matters the most and cleanliness of course which the store had no problem with. Thank you for making my lunch amazing and I will be back. If your looking for a good sandwich and soup shop I would more than recommend!

Alright this is one of the best lunch spots hands down. Avg cost $12.50/person which includes the drink. It's kind of like a NY delli with a New Mexico flair. Had some of the best cornbeef and spicy onions on a rueben. Their Philly is on par with the east coast version. All their soups are homemade, we had the spicy Chicken and rice. Fantastic. I'll be back again!

Man nothing beats home cooking, but a cafe that got that authentic taste in the food, family working together and food is cooked with love. MAN. Got the 21 pastrami with cheese made the son’s way. He told me how he would get it and I said perfect. Still got have my sandwich left, full of flavor and love. Best sub I’ve eaten in a while. Makes me want their corn beef next. 😭 Great Job Team.

This place is AMAZING! I've been coming here since high school and the fact that it has been here through multiple recessions and even covid lockdown is a testament to how good the food is. My wife and I went on dates here before we were married, now we bring our kids here to enjoy the same delicious food that always hits the spot! The albondigas soup is LEGENDARY and can become addicting so fair warning. Everything is high quality and this family owned business is one of those places that once you've tried it you'll always be coming back for more.
