Service was awesome food was delicious fresh ND hot. Restroom was clean and well stocked. Prices reasonable.

This place is Applebees... Casual environment food etc. But the service here is super friendly. I walked in and got seated and the waitor immediately took my order with an arm full of dishes and a smile on his face.....the food came out super fast. People in the service industry work really hard remember to tip well and not be a jerk...

We arrived about 5:30 wasn't super busy but the ladies were having issues with seating people. I guess they didn't have enough servers. Regardless they seated the 9 of us pretty quickly. Our waiter he was Awesome. Brought out drinks and appetizers pretty quickly. Checked on us often refilled drinks with no hesitation. He was very friendly with my grandkids made small talk with them. He acknowledged them with kindness and respect.
Some waiters sometimes don't take kids into consideration.

Nice place to be, whether for lunch or dinner, it is always pleasant to sit and eat and watch happy people chatting and laughing. I look forward to being there soon. Thanks for the great food and service! ❤️ wonderful staff. To what more can you ask for?

Jessy was great server the service was extremely phenomenal. Our food is always definitely delicious we will definitely be back again soon. My husband got bourbon chicken and shrimp and I got southwest chicken salad it's really delicious

More spacious than it may initially look like, this location has a busy bar, but also some more quiet booths at the back. Middle of the road food, friendly staff, and a central, convenient location.

My friend ordered the all you can eat boneless bites with fries. I ordered the Mac & Cheese with chicken strips and garlic bread. Mine was pretty good, I'd love to see the portion a bit more though. Over all, I could've eaten more, all tasted very good 👍

The food is delicious, even more so when you’re hungry. The waitress was phenomenal! Super friendly with humor :) she recommended I try this and it was very good actually! It’s called the fiesta lime chicken. I personally love chicken so that was delicious. We ordered mozzarella sticks as appetizers. The bathrooms were clean and decently taken care of. I have to brush my teeth immediately after eating so I have developed a habit of judging every place by how clean the bathroom is. Needless to say I prefer this location over any other Applebee’s in the Phoenix/Metro area.
