Panera Bread

Lucy is exceptional! I had a catering order with Dunkin Donuts this morning that they cancelled last minute. Lucy saved the day! I called ahead with my order and she started putting it together before I even got there. She managed to get it all together for me in 10 minutes. She saved our conference! She was so quick and nice. I really appreciate all the help she provided and her excellent customer service.

Had a chance to get lunch with my daughter. She loves Panera bread Co. The food was delicious and ready in a short time. I want to say a special thanks to the staff, especially the manager who assisted us he was so kind, allowing me my birthday treat. My daughter was good for her birthday treat.....thank you so very much. Something as simple as a cookie can make a whole day. Thank you, Michael Hope I this makes your day as you made mine with your kindness.

Only issue I had was they gave me bread when I asked for Apples twice and the lady barely knew about the Duo Meals when it's clearly advertised on a poster and on full display in a window. But the food was good , the unlimited monthly sip was great and im going back tomorrow maybe not at this location but im going to get my Mango Charged Lemonade. Oh I had the Blood Orange Charged Lemonade and yeah they should of charged that to Pink Lemonade instead. But either way see yall tomorrow 🙂

I didn’t get anything special, just a large bubbly water. This was a rapid pickup. After I got the text, for pickup, I walked over to the counter for pickup. The lady working there promptly asked me to help, which was nice. However, when I showed her what I was looking for on my phone with the App, she said I don’t understand all that, just tell me what you ordered. I told her I ordered a cold large bubbly water. She gave me a strange look and said they don’t serve it there. It was strange the way she sounded so confident that they didn’t serve it, but then, we walked over to the fountain drink machine, & there was the lime bubbly. I know she wanted to help, but her attitude was really strange. Anyways, I am not going to ding the place with a bad review since she was still helpful, but would be nice if the staff was more patient and helpful. The location is nice and central to downtown, so that’s a plus. Parking is OK, didn’t driver here, but can see it being challenging on a weekday during peak lunch hours.
