Waffle House

The staff at this location during the evening time, were awesome. Great customer service and hard workers. Was the only one there for the beginning of my meal. By the time I was done, the restaurant was full of groups of people having great conversation with each other. I spoke for an hour with a complete stranger also eating alone. Great atmosphere for friends and groups.

After a scary experience at another location and surprisingly prompt follow up communication from a district manager I went to this location last night per his recommendation. It was an interesting and telling experience. Went on the late side again, 10pm, and saw employees working hard and doing their best to kindly deal with a small woman who was behaving oddly and likely on drugs. They did their best to get her to go order and communicate with her as her behavior became increasingly irrational. After she left I spoke with a manager who ended up being the rep I had spoken to, and was impressed he was going to various locations to check in on stuff. It’s an extra challenging economic climate right now and not easy to maintain a 24 hour restaurant! Want to give kudos to the efforts being made to rectify stuff and move forward. And shout out to Mr. Kyle and proactive and warm new employee Cash. She has a fantastic attitude and is a great asset to the organization, happy to return any time she is on deck!

How can you NOT love a WAFFLE HOUSE??? So good. You feel the food when u walk in the door. Great portions Consistent tastes. Always fun to watch The Grill Man. You come to one because you know, exactly what to expect. Lots of food. Freshly prepared. I mean, cinnamon raisin toast!!! Yummy. The stamp of "WAFFLE House" is adorable. Go buy. Prices are standard
