Bliss Rebar

I’ve been here a few times: brunch and dinner—two completely different feels but fun, regardless. There’s a reason why I return. Great atmosphere and great music. This visit, I sat at bar and Danny made me some great Bloody Mary’s and was so friendly and kind!!! I wasn’t starving, so I went with the hummus dish—it was delicious!!! (In previous visit, I had the chicken and waffles, also delicious and very flavorful.) I’ve come on a Sunday (when it’s packed) and I’ve been here on a Saturday when it’s a bit more mellow.

This place had a great environment, and water spritzers spraying down everyone, which is definitely needed for outdoor dining in phx! The staff were super friendly. If we weren't in the middle of a pandemic, i would have been way more comfortable there, but every few min someone was checking in on us or refilling water or taking away empty glasses. All stuff I would be appreciative of in normal times, but at this juncture, i would have preferred waaaaay less interactivity. The food was really good though! We even tried to come back later in the evening for round 2, but didn't realize they closed before we could get back. P.s. don't get the Bye Felecia cocktail, taste reminded me of sugary cough syrup. :(

I have gone to Bliss ReBar for the past three years and have never been disappointed. Their staff is always kind and quick and the food is amazing. Their spices and savory sauces are some of the best in the valley and their food never disappoints. They also have a wide variety of delicious drinks and the atmosphere is always enjoyable. This will forever be one of my favorite spots.
