Fired Pie

We love fired pie and live in the neighborhood so we come here quite a bit. This location has some ordering issues. Last week they were out of cheese (why even open as a pizza shop without cheese) and nearly every week they are out of sun dried tomatoes. I can never get the pizza I want and we have definitely been going a lot less. Management needs to figure out their ordering. Staff is always friendly but it doesn’t make up for the lack of toppings.

I am writing this review to solely recognize a good employee at this place. I come here alot because the pizzas are great always!! Today though I got great customer service from ISAAC and I wanted to make sure he gets recognized. He was very attentive and really communicated well with his team. He made sure to ask how I liked my pizza cooked. I THINK HE IS A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY AND YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HIM. His customer service is PHENOMENAL. I hope he is working every time I come. I used to come here all the time before the pandemic. I'd have a great pizza here then catch whatever movie was playing at AMC. I just recently started coming back and its still great. My favorite pizza is the Steak and Blue. I also recommend a pizookie if you want dessert too. The pizza is always cooked wonderfully. The staff is always friendly. They always give you a warm greeting. Lately I've even gotten a compliment two on recent visits. My only issue is that during the meal time hours for lunch or dinner it can get crowded in the dining room. The tables are very close to each other.
