I ORDER FOOD SITTING IN FRONT OF IN AND OUT PIZZA ON BROAD. SEEMS WHEN A STORE HAS CLIENTELE THAT THEY CAN TREAT PEOPLE ANY KIND OF WAY. I SPEND NICE MONEY WITH THEM. I ASKED TO USE THE BATHROOM AND THE LADY SAID HOLD ON LET ME ASK AND THE GUY SAID NO QUICKLY. SHE TOLD ME NO AND HER RESPONSE WAS BECAUSE OF THE COVID. IM TIRED OF THAT EXCUSE. WHY OPEN YOUR BUSINESS. NONE OF THE WOMEN HAD MASKS ON AT ALL. THEY USE COVID AS THE EXCUSE. WE NEED TO CALL L AND I OR CDC . SOMEBODY NEEDS TO CHECK THAT THE BUSINESSES WHERE MASKS AS WELL. LOOK AT THE VIDEO 📹 POSTED . THE SIGNS SHOW WHAT THE CONSUMER SUPPOSE TO DO WHICH IS WEAR YOUR MASK. THE WOMEN AND THE TALL BALD GUY ARE NOT WEARING A MASK. OPEN YOUR BATHROOMS TO THE PUBLIC. OPEN THEM NOW !!! DONT JUST TAKE OUR MONEY. TAKE THE TIME TO GIVE COMPLETE SERVICE PLEASE.

I just picked up my order and there was a LONG piece of hair in the cheesesteak. BTW, I’m bald. It was not on top of the steak but in it. I called manager and they tried to convince me that the cooks don’t have long hair. I explained that the three women behind the counter close to the food may want to wear hair nets. The manager still tried to convince the cooks don’t have long hair. I told them they don’t have to convince me of that because it’s a mute point, because there was hair in the sandwich. I told them they should be mindful so that their other customers won’t have. The same experience. I didn’t want another sandwich or my money back. But somehow another the manager did not get the point. So if you don’t want to have hair in your food, go to another pizza shop instead.

I stopped going to restaurant a while ago because they always mess up my orders. I decided to give them another try since it's been a while. I ordered a small ground beef and bacon pizza. The person taking the order read the exact thing back to me, but rang in and gave me a small ground beef pizza. This restaurant is frustrating to very food from. I think I'm done with In and Out Express

I ordered a large half pep and half cheese pizza at 9:40 pm 8/9/2020.... I have yet to receive my order after I called twice to see where my food is at! It’s now 11:04pm. I’ll take it as I got burnt out my money. This is the second time that this has happened. I only gave them another chance because the pizza is so good. I can’t wait until tomorrow. Cause I will be there as soon as I get off.

The young lady working there..told me i only get a receit if i pay w/ card..i told her im supposed to get a receit soon as i pay u..like any other store..she was very rude ive been coming here 20 years ..people come in our neighborhood & treat us any kind of way..nobodys wearing a mask is a huge problem for me since were still in a pandemic..i wont be back

I just ordered a cheese steak from in and out. The price on the menu was, $ 7.25. The tax on it was, $…56. The bill came to, $ 11.01. The order taker said it was a delivery charge included. $ 3.20 cents for delivery? I could have bought a fillet mignon for that price. Never again, never. They think we can't count. When the customers stop ordering, see if they can count the loss.

I was treated pretty poorly tonight after 10+ years of being a regular. And it is now 12:10 am, and I never recieved my order. So today is my last day with them. I'm sure someone else will have no problem with being nice to me as they take my money. I have gone to City View from time to time since they have opened in the same area. Their food is tasty and they are very pleasant no matter how busy they are. I will be going there moving forward.
