The staff is very friendly and efficient! And they have to best Dunkin’ recipes (because if you have been to multiple Dunkins you know ’ the coffee isn’t all the same)

Sandwich was good but took longer then usually there because Kevin wasn't making sandwich s today but gave me extra donuts for the wait which a plus for sales like that decision

The employees do not practice proper mask and glove wear for COVID-19 safety. The manager John is nasty and rude and the employees curse and argue with customers who inquire about their food. Take the trip to Chelten Avenue until this location gets it’s staff trained in professionalism. What happened to service with a smile and the customer is always right?

It’s funny seeing “Fresh donuts” or “my donut wasn’t warm “ they do not make donuts in the building, no Dunkin’ does, all Dunkin’ gets their order before 4 am so if you’re coming after 9 am they are not fresh. A week ago 11/2/20 I had a ice coffee they poured old coffee in the ice coffee batch and I had a stomach virus 11/6/20 I’m fully recovered. I know it was the coffee I didn’t eat anything at all that day but the coffee. I drink Dunkin daily and tip almost every day and never went through that until I started coming here. This location is dirty. They half as do shut to look for ways to save money instead of having the customers health being a concern

Courteous,friendly,and professional staff.A variety store stocked with light groceries and snacks,and other small refreshments.Crowded for the AM rush,at times,but prompt and efficient staff makes it a 4 1/2* establishment.

12.26.18 at approx 07.40, I asked for an extra large dunkachino and they didn't fill up the cup. God bless you drinkin donuts!
