Dunkin'

This is easily the most inefficient DD in the area. ANY time of day you can find a drive-thru line around the block. I have yet to see anyone working there move with any degree of purpose. Blank stares and incorrect orders are the norm. If you very clearly request butter on your bagel you will get cream cheese.

I come here every morning. Today my mobile order didn't go through for some reason. Despite being absolutely swamped, with a drive thru line around the building, without hesitation they insisted on quickly making my drink for me. I've worked my share of morning rushes and wanted to take time to appreciate the amazing customer service at this location. Definitely made my day!

I love Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, and food. But I have to say that this location and the staff here are absolutely clueless and not helpful. Every time I go through the drive-thru my order is never correct. I have them repeat my order every time and then when I get my order it is never correct. If I order a bagel, I get a doughnut.If I order a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel I get a sausage egg and cheese on a wrap. And god for bed you bring back the wrong order... their eyes roll so much I’m surprised they don’t leave with a headache.
