I go to this store often and have for 4 years and I bought one lottery ticket there twice each week plus other items. They were friendly and nice and you saw the same clerks every day. In the last months the turn over is frequent and the lottery machine is always “down” (which actually means the clerk does not know how to work it). I’m sorry because it is so convenient, but not accommodating. If I want a lottery ticket I walk to 20th and Locust. They know how to work the machine.

Yes I did give 7-11 five stars! It's nothing fancy but they consistently stay stocked with every beverage, snack, candy, ie. that you could imagine and more. On top of that there's the nachos, chicken tenders, hot dogs/sausages and rollers which is really convenient late at night, after hitting the Center City scene. Besides lottery, cigarettes and coffee they seal the deal with their awesome hours (24/7).

Just went into 7-11 and put $300 on my PayPal. I was told the register was out of receipt paper and she was unable to provide me with a receipt. When I got home I checked to ensure the card was loaded with the correct amount. But it had not been loaded with anything! I don’t believe this was done purposely as I shop here frequently and have never had an issue and I even watched as she fed the $20’s into the safe. The issue I have is that I’ve called 50x and no one answers so I’m going to be further inconvenienced by having to walk back to 7-11 at 130am to resolve this issue. What business does not answer their phone during business hours (which would be 24/7 here)?!! Edit: Spoke to the manager the next day and he was pleasant and verified he was over 300 in his deposit and went ahead and processed the transaction for me right away which resolved my problem.
