Checkers

Went there and ordered two chili cheese dogs and a medium fry. I get home to this inedible food they were old and burnt. This is the second time I went there and got sub par food and horrible service. This time at least the cashier had a decent attitude. Establishments like this should not exist because if they were served the food they serve customers they would trip and act ignorant of you don’t like your job then quit don’t make people who visit your establishment pay. Does anyone know who the franchise owner is because this is ridiculous.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE RENOVATE THIS PLACE! I love Checkers but I rarely eat here because of its appearance. The drive thru has two lanes but only one is always open and if you drive through the other lane it's dark, looks like an alley, and is filled with water. The menu board is also not lit making it very hard to see when ordering and the signs and columns throughout the drive thru look like drivers hit them with their cars multiple times. Never had an issue with customer service though. Always polite workers.

Fried 3 times Double fish sandwich- My daughter and I were out a little bit later than expected and we were getting hungry and still had 1 more stop to make. So we drive a block away and hop in the drive thru line. mind you they have 2, but the second 1 to our surprise wasn't open. We saw 2 employees get off work, 3 employees come into work and one had a big box, 2 uber eats drivers waiting for at least 25 mins. At this point I'm sandwiched in and fully committed to ordering. I believe they ran out of burgers and that's why NONE of the cars where moving for at least 22mins. After a total of 56 mins we finally received our food and pulled off. I NEVER usually purchase drive through and saw the 4 cars at checkers vs 10 at wendy's and went left.....I don't think I'll be going back to this one during this pandemic. I drive 3 blocks away and this is the look of my double fish sandwich vs the advertisement....🙄🤨SMH

You get cold food that's probably left out. I'd probably would have gotten food poisoning had I ate the cold unfresh burgers. Never eattin here again until, Owenership steps up and support the workers with updated equipment ; as they were friendly but given poor outdated equipment. Please don't provide me with another generic statement. Look at the reviews for years. Fix up the restaurant and set your employees for success
