Doobies is an authentic Philadelphia neighborhood treasure, the longest running dive bar in the Fitler Square neighborhood. Family owned since the 1970s, serving a fine selection of beer and cocktails in a cozy setting to a diverse mix of customers, from artists and locals to college students and tradespeople. They’re open for takeout during the pandemic, even for draft beers, cocktails and slushees to go. Try the voodoo cowbell milk chocolate stout and vanilla ice cream float - it’s the best adult dessert in a go cup you may ever have.

A nice neighborhood bar with a variety of craft beer selections. I've been told that the owner is one of the original Sigma Sound kids. A group of young people who camped out side Sigma Sound Studios when David Bowie recorded Young Americans here in Philly way back in 1974. It was a real friendly place my friend introduced me to some of her friends and we had a wonderful time talking and listening to Bowie songs.

Doobies & Patti Brett are the absolute best... Always a friendly face & great atmosphere. I also support & recommend Doobies to all my family & friends because Patti & the Bar support Rescue & Ariel's Angels.. Great Food w lots of Vegan Options...The Artwork is amazing & so is her Passion for David Bowie...🌸🦋🐾

Doobies is a great bar. Nice people in a casual atmosphere. Patti is wonderful and there was this band called Rustic Music Service that was cookin! Sort of Roots Rockabilly Blues. They were the icing on the cake... they may have even been the cake! Great place to ring in the New Year. Thanks Doobies!
