Nice Dunkin but it’s in the tuck so you might walk past it. Very small space wise so more than 5 people is gonna make it hard to be In there and when I went it was kinda packed. Ordered a avocado toast and it was amazing, also great customer service

Solid Dunkin. friendly staff, very efficient, miniscule walk-in store. Coffee always seems fresh; dunno how the stock of donuts is day-to-day, but this location meets all my needs

I came to this dunkin' donuts based off of their Google reviews and I was not disappointed! The staff were polite and paid attention to detail when it came to my order, my coffee was hot and my wake up wrap was delicious!

Every employee is great here, and they prepare my coffee consistent and quickly.
There isn’t much more to say considering Dunkin is just for my coffee. But it does matter that they prepare my order with the right cream and sugar consistently, unlike some other Dunkin locations.

This small, hole-in-the-wall DD is much less popular than the higher-end (classier & more expensive) coffee shops in the area. But it's at a prime, convenient location for going to from anywhere on the Penn campus. I appreciate that there is at least one spot to get a breakfast sandwich for under $5 or a cheap iced coffee, when everywhere else nearby is double that. I hope they don't close down.

Sometimes it is hard to breath in there due to the baking smells. It gets too hot as well.
