Will Byob

A very pretty and intimate setting for a very frustrating 5 course meal. The first 3 courses were truely stunning and some of the best food I've ever had. However the entree of short rib was, to the agreement of everyone in our party, dry and over cooked. The dessert was... OK. Why 4 stars? If you look at my other reviews you'll see I've given 5 stars to lesser places, including chain restaurants. But if you're a chain restaurant and get it right, you get 5 stars. Will BYOB claims to be an exceptional dining experience. It was right up until that entree which was only 'good'. As such 4 stars. I did enjoy everything enough to go back and will update this review if so. I will echo other reviews who state that this place is noisy. Due to the small size I feel it would benefit from some sound absorbing materials.

Was there for a birthday dinner, each dish was a culinary masterpiece. Seriously, no exaggeration! As if chef makes each plate individually! Beautiful presentation too. You can bring your own wine and save considerable sum of money. It is a quiet place with pleasant atmosphere; for small groups (1-6).

Did a five course tasting menu from Will BYOB with my partner and it was well worth it. Like the name suggests, bring your own bottle and they'll happily open it for you. The standout among all five dishes was the lamb with sun chokes. The chef does a wonderful job with the New American style with influences from Portugal, Spain, and France. Happy eating and remember: don't deny, satisfy!

I didn't have a picture of the food cause I couldn't stop eating long enough to get one. On the other hand the waitress we had wasn't the most polite person I've ever met... She was very rude to some of my friends after we asked for more bread. For that reason I can only sadly give them 4 stars. Food is easily 5 stars though.

Will BYOB really made a special day all the more so. We were lucky enough to enjoy the monthly tasting menu for our anniversary dinner. From the moment we sat down until the moment we left, it was one of our best dining experiences. The food was creative, extremely delicious, and exciting. The service was warm, fun, and well coordinated. They also added a couple of touches that made our anniversary all the more memorable.

This time we were there for a special dinner featuring ramps. The service is excellent and very knowledgeable about the menu. Not only was the food fantastic, it's visual presentation was fabulous. It's a BYOB which meant we had our favorite wines to match the menu. Parking is a big problem however and would recommend using a ride share to get there.

Will was quite the experience! We chose to do the chef's tasting menu and it did not disappoint!!! One course was better then the next!!! I can honestly say, they have the best butter I have ever had in my life! The food was excellent, the service was great and the atmosphere was perfect! We will be back.
