Avis sur Dunkin'

I wish I could give this place a -5 stars. This is the only Dunkin Donuts that stops selling food at 5:30. they only sell Donut and coffee after 5:30 pm .Im definitely not coming back here.I spoke to manager and his statement was that they stop selling food after 5:30pm because they don’t want to waisted money since they are getting close to their closing hours. “but they close at 10pm “

Been craving a chocolate frosted cake donut for some time now, but no Dunkin Donut where I live. Just so happens that today, I was in the area so had to stop by to satisfy my craving. Super long line of about 10 cars. Parked to go in, but doors were closed. Had to wait in line. Nobody likes to wait that long! HOWEVER, once I bit into that donut I'd been craving, the wait was totally worth it!!

Disappointed that this location doesn’t fill up the cups all the way to the top. I ordered two Large Iced Coffees but instead received a Medium Plus. The excuse? The young female manager stated that because it has no ice they CANT fill the cup. BUT even when I have ordered with ice they still give me cups filled this way. Except today I had to say something because it was a bit excessive. Usually the service is great but lately it’s going downhill; about 15 minutes wait time for each order. I stopped buying donuts there because almost every time there are flies around the donuts.

I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts about 2 days ago during late hours right before they were going to close. As I ordered my drink I looked into the window and saw one person doing what seemed like almost everything. When he came to the window I asked him where his manager was and he said his manager was not helping him and was in the back refusing to help in the front. Maybe this is why my service was so slow? Justice for the boy who was working in the front doing everything.

The best services ever. I love the employees that work there, so energetic, people friendly and get things right. I will be there for my coffee just because of them. They are better then Starbucks and Gloria Jeans on customer services. Hands down, keep up the good work. yours truly the basic B Ice Mac Coffee
